The folks at Aroma are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and wanting to genuinely provide good service. For my espresso machine, I had called a number of service locations around Toronto, and most refused to look in to servicing if it wasn't their own product or they wanted to try and up-sell. Dharmesh and his staff at Aroma, not only helped clean and service my espresso machine and coffee grinder, they even sent someone to troubleshoot on location to ensure everything worked perfectly.

Love this place. We were sold a great system which we love. It has become especially valuable during COVID-19 to get fresh amazing espresso at home. Great service too - we had a problem with our grinder which they fixed while we waited. Highly recommend!
