Astra Fertility Clinic

I would like to say thank you to Carol who did my ultrasound. She is always friendly and sweet . The reason why im giving 3 star is , its very hard to see Dr.M. I had to wait 2 months to get in the system and after the tests i had to wait 3 months to have online aptm with him to know my result. This process takes 6m at least.
Also i was not allow to make any aptm at receptionist counter. everything had to be on the phone, it was very hard for me to answer the phone call while im working. It took me so long to get back to the right person to speak with if i miss the phone call.

I went to Astra a few years ago for IUI. The staff were great (nurse, technicians, secretary). My IUI were unsuccessful and unfortunately I wasn’t provided with information or the option to do IVF.
My family doctor has sent a new referral over a month ago and I have not been contacted. I consistently get the run around that someone will contact me soon. I know COVID has caused some set backs but don’t give me the run around & just be honest. Time is of the essence.

Here I would like to say "Thank You" to Dr. Michael Essam. He's very patient, knowledgeable and experienced. We're so thankful for what he and his great team did for our family!!
