A world of thanks Blackberry!!!- so as I write this i just received my new replacement unit after which I sent in my passport which bottom left corner was lifting up- well....after some months wait about 2.5 months I receive my unit today they didn't charge for this service and the unit was almost 2 years old. Being without my phone and using a Samsung Galaxy really was missing the passport I'm sorry this phone is unlike anything out there If you want a toy phone go iphone or samsung, google, etc. If you want a real phone try the passport which has BB10 OS with the recent upgrade this is the real reason why we love BB is we the People are no fan of the Android/IOS Operating System. Thanks again blackberry you have a devoted fan here in Tenn.!
