I very surprised by the terrible reviews of this branch as it does not represent the reality.
This branch is my main branch I come in here at least once a week and it’s always been my experience that all the staff go beyond the call of duty for the clients.
Even when faced with adversity like the latest where the branch was flooded due to the weather.... they’re always helpful, informative, and with an incredible warm attitude towards the clients...
I just want to let the staff at this branch know that you’re very much appreciated. Thank you for all your work, and the extras you do.

Lousy customer service. They never return any calls!! There has been so many managerial changes at this branch that the service is less than acceptable.
Love this branch. Friendly and helpful staff. Never had any problems there.
