Had a great experience dealing with Paul and Tim on a new excavator. Would definitely go back to these guys if I were to buy another one.

Parts and Service has been slacking at this branch for quite sometime... maybe now with the new Brandt take over from Nortrax we may see some improvements in those areas. Field techs are knowledgeable about their machines and usually get the machine up and running same day or next. Parts supply is lacking though, long wait times on basic things and a lot of goof ups when it comes to logistics.

Brandon and Marc at Nortrax are first class. I feel as if they really care about selling you the correct machine for your job. Also the after sales service and parts service from them is amazing. Everything seems to always be in stock. They even help me find parts for my Hitachi machines! Great work guys!
