I found this place because of the exceptionally great google reviews, so it’s only fair now that I’ve been a member for 4 months to share what I know. Turns out they were all right; this gym is awesome. I love this place. You walk in and for the next 40 min you follow each clearly laid out and demoed exercise. And not dumb movements, but rather well researched and scientifically derived ones. The team here set it up so you stay within the sweet spot between cardio and resistance training that’s so important for overall health. Every class trainer I’ve had here is professionally certified, legit know what they are doing, and monitor you during the class to make sure you stick to good form in your moves so as to actually get maximum benefit from the exercise. Breakthrough lives up to its name as the bootcamp definitely gets you out of the same old same old routine.
As a mom of 3 young children, I was struggling with the extra weight I put on with each pregnancy, on top of that I found gyms overwhelming and uncomfortable. It wasn't until I found Breakthrough that things really turned around for me. They have incredible, knowledgeable and approachable trainers who plan out your workouts for you and guide you through safe and effective classes. I am blown away with the results on both my physical and mental health in the few short months I have been going. I would recommend this establishment to anyone, at any fitness level.
Sean and the team at Breakthrough are absolutely amazing at what they do. Each workout is interesting, challenging, safe and well thought out. You feel guided and supported throughout the whole journey. The team helped me lose 22lbs in my first 6 weeks and I'm very grateful that I joined this community.

Best place to get yourself on track!! If you ever need a jump start to a new life style join one of there 6 week challenges and you're good to go!! Everyone is very friendly and always motivate you!! Not one bad thing I can say about everything about Breakthrough!!
