She met with us before selling to give us a realistic price point as well as suggestions to get the house ready. Her team helped with repairs in the home, enabling us to be on the market quite quickly. At no point throughout the process was there pressure to accept various offers we had. When we were ready to accept an offer, she led negotiations in a very professional manner. Even though the house has been sold, Brenda is still very happy to answer all our questions regarding
