Awesome martial arts gym! Whether you want to learn martial arts or just to get in shape this is the place to be! Its a big space with many heavy bags. The instructor is attentive and very passionate about martial arts, fitness and teaching others.

The instructor has true passion for martial arts and is very easy to work with, always flexible and patient with learners regardless of how much of a learning curve needs to be journeyed. He taught me a few moves in years gone by, that were both easy to follow and remember thanks to his passion for the art. Strongly recommend!
