Burnhamthorpe Fruit Market

I didn't expect this tasty bread in this local shop, but this market gave me great impression. I became a fan of this shop at the first visit. I go there at least once a week to buy fresh fruits and bread.

They know how to cut their sandwich meats... cashiers are not the friendliest , but the fruit&veggies are always fresh.

I go here for the absolutely awesome store made soppressata and sausages, as well as cuts of fresh meat. The deli has a great assortment of meats, and there is a hot bar, where one can get various lunches. Staff are very nice, and helpful.

I have been shopping here for over 15 years. The produce is exceptional, the store is awesome, and the service is unparalleled. Mark cares about his customers and aims to please. He's always available to chat and shoot the breeze, no matter how busy. This is an amazing find in the suburbs, usually the land of over-sized anonymous stores that have everything except a soul. These days, I don't even refer to it as Burnhamthorpe Fruit Market, I always say something like "I will stop and see if Mark has that in stock." And that's saying a lot.
