BWD Solutions (Waterproofing Basement)

The most positive experience I have ever had with a waterproofing/underpinning company. After taking possession of my new home, I was dismayed to discover water coming into my basement after every rainfall. I spoke with Pavel and he came out immediately, quoted me a price and arranged to have the work done right away. The repairs were done quickly, neatly and exactly as he quoted. Now there is no more water in basement - even during heavy downpours!I would definitely recommend. Thank you BWD!

I had 2 cracks in my foundation. I had three different companies quote me and BWD solutions was best with pricing and the most professional of the three. The work crew(3 people) did an excellent job of removing the earth and placing it on tarps, then cleaned off the wall repaired the crack, applied all waterproofing materials to the exposed wall. Installed new weeping tile, and then put back all the earth.Pavlo was very professional to any questions and kept me updated as to when the job would be finished. At the end they clean everything. Excellent job!

I had a crack in my foundation which allowed water to leak into the basement. This is the wall I have had to waterproof as the result of cracks caused by frost quakes.
Pavlo met with me at my home and provided a detailed written quote. He was extremely professional and courteous and honest. I had three different companies quote me and BWD solutions was very competitive with pricing and definitely the most professional of the three.
The work crew did an excellent job of removing the earth and placing it on tarps, then cleaned off the wall repaired the crack, applied all waterproofing materials to the exposed wall. Installed new weeping tile, replaced all the aluminum window wells and then put back all the earth using the jumper machine to ensure that all the earth was well compacted. They did an excellent job of degrading the earth to allow proper water drainage in the snail area away from the house.
He was very responsive to any questions and kept me updated as to when the job would be started and completed, which was right on time.
