I have mixed reviews about this place as among the three times that I went over there one time the work was very easily and quickly done but the other two times I was not happy with the services. It might be depending on the officer home with your dealing, but if that is the case then still this place needs to get better and more customer friendly officers.

It was my first time, and the officer was patient to teach me the process
and I was done in less than 30 minutes

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Clearing customs yourself is really straight forward. In and out within 20 minutes.

Really convenient, they are still open 24 hours during COVID.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon (Victoria day weekend) to clear my personal goods. The officer called me up to the window as soon as I walked into the service area. I presented my documents and sfter a brief conversation he efficiently processed these at his end. I was in and out of the building in under 10 minutes.
