Fantastic customer service. The representative that I spoke with was very kind and helpful. The products arrived quite quickly (about 4 business days). I was told that they were backordered on the flexible spines but that they would do what they could so I might just get the rest of my order. I was surprised however that they upgraded me to the flexible spine with femoral heads free of charge. Very happy with the service, excellent products. I recommend them to anyone looking for anatomical aids and models.
