I liked their customer service and the quality of the office chair... I've got these two piece of furniture for my husband, he really liked them :)

We ordered a rug from Wayfair 3 days ago. It was supposed to arrive today. Today we got an email saying it will Not be delivered. The mailing address is different from the home address. It took them 3 days to reject the order. I have used other sites like Amazon and have no issues sending to another address. We have bought a few things from them, so there should be some trust with our history. We have liked their items and would like to order more, but this policy is a real nuisance. I would now have to order it and pay for it and get reimbursed by my partner. A lot of unnecessary work. Disappointed with them.

We contacted Wayfair by phone and we were able to rectify the situation. The rug is on its way and should be here in a couple of days. I like the fact that they responded quickly to our problem and were able to fix. The products we have ordered to date have been very good value for our money. Thanks for your great customer service.
