(June 30, 2021, 7:44 pm)Best Chatime location in Mississauga imo. Tapioca is always on point - not too hard, not overcooked, and perfectly chewy. They’re not stingy on topping servings, and the people here are always so nice and polite. Great job with your hiring. Also, they always, always, always get the order right. Zero complaints. I would 100% recommend this location, especially over the sq1 location (sq1 always gets the order wrong; go to this location instead. Trust me).

Update: staff leave a lot to be desired and are borderline unfriendly. Had a birthday drink to redeem via their rewards, difficulty with the system and I was turned away pretty rudely.
