(February 2, 2023, 8:44 pm)We got to meet the owners and staff at the Christmas Tradition showroom this weekend and believe me when I say this is an amazing company! The whole atmosphere is so welcoming. It feels like everyone is all family. This was our first time visiting their showroom and we were able to take our time and not feel rushed! We also, were able to return a couple of days later when we changed our minds on some of our original order. Thank you for the fantastic customer service and experience Christmas Traditions :)

The customer service individual who assisted me, Donna was quick to respond, provided even more info than requested, and pleasant to work with. At some companies, it feels like customer service is a thing of the past, not at Christmas Tradition. Thank you Donna!
