5 stars just solely on value. I remember back in grade school movies would cost like $10. Now it’ll cost you upwards of $20-30 at your standard theatre. $5 admission regular and $4 on Tuesday’s is great. It’s more of an old vintage kind of movie theatre and it doesn’t show a lot of block buster hits, but if there’s a film that’s been out for a while it’ll most likely be playing here.
Great date night option. We watched an action movie sound was ok but it didn’t seem like speakers were surround sound. We paid about $20 for two of us and a popcorn + drink to share. I would definitely go back. Great option for people on a budget.
My roommates and I come here all the time, we love it! Theatres are rarely full, and the lines usually aren't bad. The bathrooms are clean, and the snack options are fairly priced, just like the movies are. Wheelchair accessible via the underground parking entrance rather than the mall entrance. Closed caption devices not available, however.
It is what it is. Not a first date type of place, but it does its job perfectly. Everything is cheaper the tickets, the food, the decor and seating. It is a discount movie theatre with 2nd run movies.
That all said, I love this place. Screens are a good size, sound quality is fine, popcorn is surprisingly tasty. If you just wanna see a cheap movie, or especially bring the kids for cheap, this is a great place
This theater has a lot of potential. Great food (for me at least) and drinks. There were a few things that broke my experience. I can't imagine why they wouldn't have consider some of the issues, but I'm assuming due to lack of profit, however, if management could consider the following, they are most likely going to get a lot of more business, from me at least:
1. There is an EXIT sign behind the screen that is clear visible THROUGH the screen during a showing, it's utterly distracting. Must hide/remove.
2. The surround sound speakers are not used. For action movies like Endgame, it could have been a lot more entertaining if they used surround sound.
3. The sound was very low, thought it was just me, but all my colleagues experienced this as well.
4. Better show times for blockbuster hits. For movies like Endgame, there were only 2 show times, and none were evenings.
Good luck and hope to try you again!
