Crackmasters Basement Waterproofing Systems

An absolute pleasure dealing with Crackmasters. We had three foundation cracks in our basement that required fixing. Tina, Jim and Jose responded to all the questions I had. Jose was fantastic in fixing all the cracks and took the time to explain the end to end process. It took him almost 4 hours (from start to finish) to fill up all the cracks. He was courteous and great to deal with. Highly recommended!

I had some water coming into my basement and wanted to get to the root of the problem and fix it so I could one day finish the basement. I had 2 other companies come & say my only option was to install an internal weeping tile system that would go to my sump pump. The amount of water I had coming in was so minimal that it would evaporate before even making its way to the sump pump.

I called Crackmasters after getting recommended by my parents & old neighbours. I spoke with Tina over the phone who was VERY knowledgeable and went through their process with me. Knowing the age of my house, seeing photos of my concerns, and other key factors, she was able to determine that we only needed to fill the cracks.

Jose came by and filled the two cracks - he was very knowledgeable as well, and went through everything with me. I did have some water come through a week later after a heavy rain, and he came back to inspect and look further into the matter. It all looks good now, and I am happy with the results & customer service.
