This is my favourite place ever. I feel so relaxed and calm when I leave. Paulina is absolutely amazing with facials. I love facials and she is the best I have ever had. My skin has never looked better and I have never been so relaxed as when I'm finished. They convinced me to try NPT as well and I feel like Gabriella is a psychic. She did an amazing job.

I had a wonderful balancing facial at Mind and Body Solution. Paulina is very knowledgeable about skin care and worked her magic. She is very experienced and I had one of the best facials, with immediate results, my skin was glowing. I highly recommend the balancing facial with Paulina!

One of the best things my mom ever made me do is go see Gabriel for NPT. Her techniques are guaranteed to work 100%! I highly believe everyone should get involved in NPT as our mental health is worth red diamonds. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amazing facility and the staff are so great as well. You also will not find better sport massage therapy anywhere else.
