Professional, prompt and competitive pricing. Len was out just before the Covid lockdown in March to 're-new' a twelve year old shower stall. He explained the process and did an excellent job in bringing it back to its original state. As a prudent reviewer, I waited to see how the job would hold up, so I was surprised to notice that after about 5 months some of the caulking seemed to be 'thinning' in places. I contacted Len who was back in days, re-caulking with a different brand. It looks great, and it's always nice to know someone who stands behind his work. I highly recommend his services.

I was very unhappy with the condition of my "builder" grade shower - the original contractor did a terrible job grouting, and the caulking was atrocious! I tried replacing the silicone twice on my own, it's tricky and it takes a critical hand to apply it seamlessly - I was never satisfied. I started exploring replacing the shower surround with new tile, unfortunately it was looking like a $2000-$3000 job, and such a shame as it's only a few years old. I got on Google and started researching grout restoration or grout repair, and thanks to reviewers, I saw Len Harmsworth had a great online presence. I contacted him, he was the only contractor to respond in a timely manner. He came over and gave me a free estimate, and talked me through the process of what he would be doing. To save me money, he recommended just repairing the parts of the grout that were done sloppy, and not regrouting the entire thing. I had my grout repaired, sealed, and silicone applied where appropriate. He even stripped and sealed the grout on the floor in my bathroom, the grout and marble never looked better, the bathroom looks immaculate! There wasn't a spec of mess, he thoroughly cleaned up after himself - I will definitely be using his services again.
