I've been a student at CMAC Meadowvale for over 3 years now and I can attest to the quality of the instructors and martial arts taught here. It's a safe, supportive environment for students of all ages and skill levels, and everyone quickly develops a passion for karate.
Right from the start it's clear that the focus isn't on fighting and competition, but rather on self-defense, peace, and perfection of character.
