Art of Celebrations

Its been a while now since ArtofCelebrations worked on perfecting my wedding. It has been an amazing experience. The whole thing started with a google search, I was not referred to them by anyone. I was also under extreme pressure from losing my original wedding planner. I called them hoping to find someone who could replace the original planner who decided to drop everything and stop answering my calls just 3-4 weeks before my wedding.

Roxy, replied to my call. Extremely professional, nice and helpful. Again without any referrals she was happy to help me and give the best service she could provide within the tough time limit I gave her. Everything came together perfectly with zero worries. I even heard of some last minute unfortunate weather events that happened during the wedding day that Artofcelebrations took care of without having to even inform me and get me worried about. They take initiative to make your night as fabulous as you would have dreamt of.

We first met Roxy in February of 2018 shortly after my now husband proposed. We were looking for wedding planners in the area and we saw that all of the reviews for Art of Celebrations were 5 stars and the style of decorating was what we were looking for. As soon as we finished meeting Roxy for the first time we knew we wanted her to be our wedding planner. Roxy has an extraordenary ability to pick up on what style her clients are looking for and is extremely well connected so she knows who to contact to help you achieve your vision. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and it would not have been possible without Roxy and her team. Roxy and the entire Art of Celebrations team was such a pleasure to work with in the planning and execution of our wedding. I primarily worked through Roxy who was very responsive to my MANY back-and-forth emails. She paid close attention to all the little details I wanted, managing sub-contracts for rental items with other vendors, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was pleased with the final outcome. For my wedding, Roxy and her team coordinated many floral design elements including a beautiful, large floral arrangement for a cross we had for our wedding ceremony and gorgeous reception centerpieces for our king's table and guest tables, all for a reasonable price. I am so glad with our decision to choose Art of Celebrations for our design needs on our wedding day and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking at event planning services. Can i give 10 stars?? I hired Art of Celebrations for our planning, event design, and flowers for both my Bridal Shower and Wedding this year. Leading up to the shower, Roxy was professional, kind, sweet, fun, punctual, creative, the list goes on! She truly has an eye for details and design. My shower started at noon and leading up to the shower I had asked her what time I should be there, and she said 11:55am - meaning I did not have to worry about anything that morning - just show up! That is what every bride wants to hear! When I arrived at the venue, I knew leading up to it that it would be beautiful, but it was BEYOND my expectations! It was absolutely stunning!!! I received endless compliments on the decor and the flowers - the flowers were so beautiful that people thought they were fake - but all real :) I had a peach theme shower and Roxy knew exactly how to incorporate peaches tastefully, elegantly, and beautifully.
For my wedding, I had Roxy and Tristan working with me - again, this is the dream team! There were so many more details involved with the wedding and they were on top of everything! The wedding was a DREAM come true - absolutely stunning and flawless! I love black and wanted to incorporate black into the decor but was a little hesitant - Roxy told me no need to hesitate and designed everything just perfect - exactly what I had wanted and more! Flowers were everywhere and beyond beautiful!!!! People are still talking about both my shower AND the wedding! My husband won't stop talking about the decor either!!
By the end of our events this year, Roxy and Tristan felt like friends - they are both so easy going, kind, fun, yet professional and you can truly tell they love what they do!

Overall, having a planner and an event designer is worth every penny. There is so much less stress on the bride and groom and YOU KNOW it will look like a dream - especially if you work with the Art of Celebrations! Order your floral from Roxy as well, (Flower Parade), they look like they are out of a magazine!
I can't wait for the next big celebration so i can work this awesome team again!!!!

Roxy and her crew are awesome. Our wedding was beautiful, and having had to postpone due to an illness in the family Roxy thankfully put everything on hold and then kicked everything back into high gear when we were ready. The venue she found was amazing, and the decor was breathtaking. Highly recommended. She recommended amazing photographer and DJ too. I would highly recommend Art of Celebrations.
