Brookside

I have been living in this building over 8 years I want to tell with my experience that the superintendent Alex and his wife are excellent couple who conscientiously fulfils their job. They are really taken care of cleaners of the building and around building.
There wasn't any problem with any fixing the job was done in very short time.
The building is clean, quiet and are no bugs, I recommended this building to my friends and they were plesantly surprised the superintendent Alex was very frendly to showed them and explaned everything. The Kaneff Properties are lucky to have such a good superintendent's couple.

We lived at 2177 Sherobee for almost 4 years. Our superintendent Alex has been one of the best building manager, I have ever seen. I would write a work order for the item which needs to fixed, and the following day it'll be fixed.

Alex was amazing at his Job. He was always on top of things and was always there for the residents of the building. Thank you Alex for always being there.

The only reason for the 4 star is the Kaneff Corporation itself. I feel Kaneff is pain to deal with. The only thing they care about is the $$$$
