I have been going to Dr. Bai's office for the past 2 years and she is highly skilled at what she does. I have had to get multiple cavities filled and she made the process painless and quick. I also get routine cleanings and her hygienists are always friendly and prompt.
Really thorough and professional service. Even my kids love comng to Dr. Karen
The two main things I look for in any professional relationship is trust and competentcy. I found it here along with great professionalism, friendly attitudes with staff and Dr. Karen, and very accommodating both in emergency care and wellness scheduling.
