Had to go on standby for a family emergency. The travel agent made all the arrangement while i was in the air to Paris to catch my second leg back to Canada. Thanks to him I was able to make it back on time. I knew he been in business more than 20 years. After that experience, I know how he's keep his customers. Thank you Global. I also transferred money back home as well. He's good, less than 24 hours. And I know for sure he closed up shop and took your money like some other travel agents.
