Got a hair cut as a guy. Nothing fancy but wanted length of haircut to a specific length on top vs. sides. Woman who cut it was a white chubby woman. She didn't listen and also didn't pay attention to another simple instruction. Just did her own thing quickly. Last time I had a asian woman here and she was more attentive and followed my requests. Unsatisfied.

I do not remember the name of the woman that cut my daughter's hair, but she was lovely and did a wonderful job on her hair. She cut A LOT off - which my daughter wanted - a bob cut and it looks adorable. She listened to my concerns etc., and she did a wonderful job. Both myself and my daughter were super happy with it all. If I were to have time to get a trim for myself I would have and I will be shortly. Super clean, friendly and professional. Would totally recommend. As for clientele, please respect all these hairdressers, it is affordable for a reason. Please be kind. While we were waiting, there was a man that just got his hair cut and he was ridiculously rude and stormed out after paying $10 for the cut. My point is, even though it is extremely affordable, that doesn't mean it is not a reputable place and they do a fantastic job. Be respectful and kind.

This was my first visit to this Great Clips. Everything from the online check in to the haircut and the entire experience was spot on. My stylist Mamta was warm and friendly and courteous and kept her cool even though there was a walk in customer who was berating her for no fault of hers. Will definitely recommend.
