I'm so skeptical of all of these phone repair services. Took my shattered Apple Watch. Got a very clear explanation of likelihood of repair, clear estimate, free diagnostic and understanding that I would be charged if Joe could repair it. The job was complete within the agreed-to time. I'd recommend his shop to anyone.

I highly recommend you take your apple products to iRepair if you ever want to see your device resurrected with those precious photos again. I've watched enough Louis Rossmann videos to ever trust another Apple store genius.

This man does what Apple can't! And at very reasonable prices. We found him after going to see an Apple Genius as my wife's iPhone was stuck in an infinite loop boot cycle. Apple tried an iOS update, which didn't work and said the next step would be to wipe the phone and try again. A year of baby pictures meant this was not an option. Two minutes over the phone and iRepair correctly diagnosed the problem by asking a couple of questions and was able to fix it. No pictures lost. Happy wife!
Since then, he has replaced her screen (baby used the phone as a chew toy) and her battery. Again, very reasonable prices and super quick service.

My experience was amazing with them. Other stores messed up my working phone & then I came here. Joe took his time to fix my phone & he did an amazing job. I wasn’t ready to buy new phone as my charging port was loose thats it but different technician from other store messed up so bad & nothing was working. Highly recommended if you want to fix your iPhone or any apple products. Other places give you OEM parts not genuine but this place offers real apple parts. They do have OEM as well & give u option but they get it done whatever they do.
