I am giving it a 4 for one reason only: I once saw one of the ladies (has glasses) go to the prepared hot food section, take a spoon, mix one of the creamy salads around, lick off the spoon and then put it back into the creamy salad. This was my only bad experience here. I have never purchased the hot food, and never will as a result of this. But everything else is great. A little bit hard if you don't speak Polish, but you will get by :)
