I have known own your fitness, and the founder of own your fitness Adam to be a passionate, knowledgeable fitness professional. He is great with his clients and also has a black belt in Tae- Kwon - do. His strength training approach to serving his clients is very professional and up to par with the cutting edge science. His personal training methods including the cutting edge workouts you can do at home and stay in shape no matter what level of fitness you are.
By far one of the best fitness experiences. I have never been a workout person and when I met own your fitness the experience was so personalized and they kept me motivated and accountable. A very top notch workout system and also highly intelligent trainers. was looking for accoutability and experienced personal trainers during covid and own your fitness by far are the most experienced fitness coaches- from the time I did the assessment to the 90 day goal achievement for my post natal belly fat loss and strength training the experience was great. They do home workouts due to covid and we do workouts on zoom and the quality is better than some in personal training sessions by other personal trainers- the key to quality fitness coaching is knowledge, experience.
