Copper Branch

I'm not vegan, but we should always be open to trying new things and thinking more ethically. Came here for the first time in June 2019. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and filling. I had a "crab cake" burger with carrot keftedes. So good! A bit pricey, but this type of food takes a lot of time and ingredients, so it will be a bit pricey. If I had lots of extra time and money every week, this is the type of food I'd like to prepare and eat. But I'm lazy and anyway I don't have that kind of time and money so I will just visit Copper Branch once in a while and enjoy their amazing creations.

At first glance, it seems like a fast food counter, but SO much better. Eating great food, that makes you feel good.

Enjoyed the platter and burger. The seasoning and sauces really make you forget how healthy everything is!

The food itself tastes fantastic. I'm not vegan or even vegetarian, but that did not detract from the quality of the food. I enjoyed every bite of the burger and sandwich. However, there weren't many bites, especially with the sandwich. For the price, which is around $11 with taxes, it is quite expensive for a small portion. Straight up quality though, it is very good I would recommend to try it at least once.

I've been a few times now and most things are pretty good. Southwest burger I add cheese. The sauce on it is great. Breakfast burrito was flavourful though pretty hot in temp, even after letting it sit for a bit it was hot to hold so be careful. Seems like it would be great for take out. It's small though. Avocado toast was different, bread was toasted but cold, still liked it. The cubed potatoes I wasn't a fan of, too soft for me. I got extra cheese in their poutine and it was some crazy like $3-$4. Food here can get pricey but it's well worth it for good vegan food.

I went here a long time ago and was not impressed with the food or service. Decided to try it again yesterday and it was so much better! Glad I gave it a second chance because I love to see and support vegan restaurants. The service was much better too - the cashier helped me and was super friendly.

I got the spicy black bean burger and it was delicious. Will definitely be returning.
