Cosmopolitan Heating and Cooling

This past weekend my furnace stopped working. After reading the reviews on google, I decided to call Cosmopolitan. I called early in the morning, and a technician arrived at my house within the 2 hour. The technician was friendly, and he quickly diagnosed the problem, but did not have the part required to fix it.

He returned the next day, again on-time. He installed the part in about 30minutes and the furnace is back to normal.

Cosmopolitan heating cooling was referred to us by the Rinnai manufacturer and I called them on Friday afternoon as we are looking to get one install They sent the technician on Saturday for the installation. It is a great invention it is tankless water heater and produces hot water on demand. They provide excellent service and did a superb installation job.

I just moved into a new house where I needed a furnace and AC quickly as found the existing one pretty old. Cosmopolitan gave me a competitive price and got the work done quickly. They have been friendly, helpful, and very quick to answer any questions or deal with any issues. I would recommend them for the customer service, the speed of their response, and the friendliness of their employees as well as the quality of their work.

It is always a pleasure having Cosmopolitan tech to check our furnace and air conditioner. He explains everything he is doing and gives us good advice about what we can do ourselves in between visits.

My Water Heater was leaking water so I called Cosmopolitan Heating and cooling for a quick service call. The guy who was on the phone he clearly mentioned that he is not a technician but he was very knowledgeable. He told me to turn off the valve as there could be flood in my basement and send the technician in just 1 hour. The technician was also very professional. It was actually the pipe leaking so he replace it at the same time. Good company

About two years ago I had so many issues with my older furnace therefore had replaced that with High Efficiency Furnace by cosmopolitan heating and air conditioning services. So far it has been working fine and creates comfortable heat in my home.
Now I am planning to get air conditioner installation by the same HVAC contractor in my house soon.
