Very friendly. Great service for alterations. I have had many alterations done here (hems and alterations on clothing and even curtains and throw cushions) ... even a zipper replacement on a winter coat, and I was 100% happy with their work and their turnaround time. I have referred many people to this business, and they were also all happy with the service.
