  My insurance company recommended this body shop to me for repairs to my 2013 Nissan Altima. There was a good amount of damage to the rear bumper, door, and paneling. CSN Progressive far surpassed my expectation on workmanship and the amount of time this repair would take. They completed this repair faster than the industry average and the quality of work was amazing. I truly could not tell that my vehicle was harmed at all. They blended the panels perfectly and all the components damaged by the accident functioned perfectly after their repair. I am more than pleased with this body shop and will certainly recommend anyone in the Mississauga, Etobicoke, and Oakville area to consider this shop.

  My dad and I have been coming to Progressive Collision for many years and we have always been impressed with the service and work that Progressive Collision does. Most recently I needed some sanding and painting done to my doors because they had very large stone chips. I took my vehicle in to get a quote and Richard, the owner, was very thorough and explained exactly what they would be doing. During the time my vehicle was being worked on, they also found a huge chip on my roof and sent me a photo and got in touch with me to see if I would also like that to be fixed. Progressive Collision also stands behind its work - I previously had my front bumper repainted, but it chipped during the harsh winter months. When I brought my vehicle in for all the other cosmetic work, Richard took care of that as well at no charge. Progressive also did an entire wash and clean of the inside and outside of my car. There is no where else I would take my vehicle for any sort of body work.

  Great professional service and I am assuming their work is top notch. However, not the greatest advisers. Charged $996.44 for a job the I got quoted $689.09 for at an equally competitive shop that services dealership vehicles.
  
  They told me some of the work was unnecessary, particularly pointing out the hours for removing a quarter panel molding that was not there, and removing a tail light that was not damaged or in need of any attention (simple masking would have done).
  
  Also, the noted four hours for "REPAIR" of a bumper and quarter panel that was simply scratched was unnecessary, simple stripping of the paint and re-painting would be just as effective, especially since there were no dents and bumper clips and such was intact and not damaged.
  
  My auntie has a small parking lot bump (and I mean small, I wish i could post pictures), and the other party took the idea of a second opinion with offense and threatened legal action... we decided not to peruse a headache and agreed to work with Progressive.
  
  Thank you for the great work Progressive! Though not all of it was necessary.

  We've had repairs done on 2 of our cars and even on our motorhome. Jason and the team have been fantastic to deal with. His windshield specialist permanently fixed a leak that another shop had tried 3 times to repair.
