I was referred by one of my old contractor to Dawn design. I met Barkha and explained our needs to make separate/legal unit of my basement.

She will make sure get the design of your project done ,above and beyond your expectations. Barkha was always available for any email enquires or phone calls when we needed.
Dawn design was also instrumental in the approval process in getting the minor variances approved and the permit from the city.
