What a beautiful experience I had at Derma Secret, I previously had a terrible experience at another Beauty Boutique and explained my issues. Nancy did such an amazing job at making me feel as if i was at home. I truly cannot wait to go back for my next visit and will continuously share my results with family and friends! I’m obsessed with this place. Won’t go anywhere else now. I tried a place before and didn’t see a difference. The owner truly cares about her clients and wants them to be happy and look their best! Nancy takes her time to explain each procedure and does exactly what is needed and nothing more. Truly happy with my results. I have received a few different procedures at this place and I can honestly say I look and feel 10 years younger. I Have confidence back I haven’t had in years. I am Beyond happy with my results, staff and prices are unbeatable too.

I was very excited that a new location was coming to Waterloo. I was greeted with a friendly smile, and the service was amazing. This location is absolutely stunning as well. Thank you for the great results after having Botox done. Very happy with results!

I am so happy I found this gem of a place! I have many experiences with many clinics over the years and this is my new home. Not only are they very professional but extremely considerate with follow ups and call backs. Nancy is a pleasure and a delight to work with and her goal is to make you look your best and be satisfied with your results. I've had filler and botox and I haven't been this happy with how I look in a long time. Princes are great, decor and atmosphere is wonderful and so is the staff.

Love visiting this place. I’m not one to write reviews but my mom asked me to leave a good review since we have visited together. Nancy is always kind and polite. Kaitlyn is my moms favourite! Kaitlyn makes everyone feel so comfortable and is funny yet professional. Definitely makes me want to return.
