Desmond was the realtor we didn't know we needed. We met Desmond at a condo showing where he was one of the sales agents. He was nothing but honest with us and not at all pushy and very attentive even though we were just looking. From there he was all over the GTA with us, showing only what was within our price range and to our liking. He was always patient with us for the 4 years it took to find the perfect home. Desmond is what we would call the perfect realtor. His patience, knowledge and expertise in the market is what's needed in a realtor. My husband and I first approached Desmond for information as first time home buyers and it was the greatest decision we could have made!
