I had contacted Joe on Facebook and he was so helpful. I told him what i was looking for, and he took the time to walk me through some options. I ended up getting two radiators and a kick space radiator which he shipped to me as i live 4 hours away. He took the time to find a reasonable priced carrier, and kept me informed along the way. I just purchased a radiator from Joe at Access Hydronics, I found the company on a local buy/sell. I needed guidance as I was replacing an old rad and don't know much about it. Joe gathered the information he needed to advise me on the best rad for my room, I wanted a bigger rad and he could have easily sold it to me but he advised me on the right rad. When I arrived to pick it up, it was seamless, he had it ready for me, showed me the connections and went over it patiently a few times so I fully understood. He helped me load it and provided the invoice promptly. Excellent customer service and seamless process from clearly a very knowledgeable and experienced person in the business.
