My experienced with the Mechanic and the people that works and the owner. They are honest, trustworthy, professional person. Unlike the other reviews that was posted about the people works in this shop. Wherever shop or whoever mechanic you go with. When you ask them to fix, change or to do some work into your car. Don't expect that labour is free. The mechanic or the owner before he start to touch or do something in your car. He will ask you the reason why you bring your car to their shop. Upfront he will tell you if there is something that needs to replace. One customer after his car fixed he is about to pay. He is trying to pay whatever we want to pay. Before the mechanic start worming in his car the mechanic mention how much it cost him for the labour. When it's time for him to pay, he want to get more discount. If you go to big time mexhanic shop like Canadian tire. Whatever amount is in your statement that's the amount you pay. My question to those customer who complained about the attitude, professionalism, cost of labour. Have you also done your part as a good or atleast a nice customer to those people who works in this shop? Before you say about professionalism as yourself first how you talk and treat those people in this shop. From there make a judgement. Sometimes if you are being rude, mean to others, don't expect others to respect you as you wanted to be respected. My overall expereince with the worker and even the owner. They are amazing people and honest, professional. The saying about customer is always right is absolutely balony. With this saying lots of those customer's will take advantage of those customer service eventhough this customer are wrong. People before you make a comment that is not good about others. Ask yourself first how you treat them. I recommend this shop absolutely to all the people that i know. Mechanics here are honest, nice, professional, and decent people. Keep up the good works.
