DOT Furniture Clearance Outlet

Phynicia and Jena, awesome. Was looking at clearance 10x10 parasol. They set it up and called me to come look. Took the time to explain all aspects of base movement and demonstrated umbrella movement. Very thorough. Sadly would not fit my tiny space. Jena wisely suggested bringing drawing of my space which I will do next time. Very thorough and knowledgeable about all products! Have recommended to many who have had similar experiences.

Staff and their customer service at this location are absolutely outstanding!
We were kindly greeted and helped while we were in store. We ended up purchasing what we were looking for. We were notified very timely on when items were ready for pickup. During pickup staff were also very helpful.
While putting together a gazebo we purchased we ran into a bit of a setback with a few part and once again staff continued to be most helpful and eager get our issue resolved. We were extremely happy with product and service before, during and after our transaction. A very special thank you to Phynicia, Rosemary and all staff who helped us out.

We had such an incredible experience at DOT furniture thanks to Phynicia. If I could give more stars for her amazing customer service, I would. We needed to revamp our entire backyard and were looking to purchase a new dining table set, sectional couch, chair, end table and coffee table. She was so knowledgable, friendly, patient and helpful every step of the way. We went to the store a few times before deciding on which style we wanted and she was so great in following up with us through email and phone to make sure we had all the info we needed on availability, price and warranty. It truly makes a difference when you call and state your name and are immediately greeted with a kind hello as she knew who she was speaking with. She took the time to get to know us and even made sure all the products we wanted were available (she had to call a bunch of stores to ensure everything we wanted would be delivered as some stuff was sold out in the warehouse) before we came to the store to pay for everything. I would 100% recommend all of my family and friends to come to this specific location because I know they'll be in good hands!! Thank you so much Phynicia!! We absolutely LOVE all of our new patio furniture!! You were wonderful and made the entire experience so much better!

I had a very good experience with Dot Clearance/Dixie. The staff was patient while I searched though various options for my particular needs. The sales associate who helped me really worked to understand what I was looking for and had good recommendations for me to consider. Later when I returned for another product, the Manager, Jena was very helpful and went above and beyond to locate particular additions I asked about. My purchase was a little while back which has also given us time to see the quality of our purchase. Thank you!
