Overall it's a decent store, you can get amazing deals on electronics, staff are friendly as-well.

Has some pretty good deals on refurb items. But it’s a bit annoying when the items on the flyer is not available in store. Better to call ahead before taking the trip.

I bought LG portable air conditioner at this location twice. One last year and another one today. I’ve had nothing but great experience both visits. The customer service here is amazing and the staff go above and beyond to service you. Brandon ( I think his name is ) also assisted me in carrying the unit to my car. He was very good in helping me throughout my purchase. I highly recommend factory direct Dundas location is great!
