McDonald's

Good. Service is great. The place looks clean. I enjoyed my meal in this location. Highly recommended this place who rush and get a food. It's not busy compared with another McDonald's where located at Dundas.

Using the app to get a $2 discount on the fish and chips. Also purchased smoothie which took longer than usual. The manager on duty was empathetic and understanding with the wait time. He gave us a couple of pies to make up for the wait. Great customer service.

This location consistently serves hot food. Today was no exception. I had a small issue with my nuggets and when I brought it to the attention of the manager he fixed it promptly without questions. Being an McD employee myself, long ago, I appreciated his customer service...this is what McDonald's is all about. I'm lovin' it...at this location ;)

I know five stars is a lot for a McDonald's, but hear me out.

This place has its drawbacks - no bagels, no brownies, fruit flies and a weird smell where the ketchup is dispensed.

BUT - the manager here, Sammy? Sammy is incredible. He bends over backwards to make sure you get good service. Are your kids making a scene in line? Sammy's gotcha, he will bring it to your table. Are they out of something you were looking forward to? Don't be concerned, Sammy is going to recommend something amazing and make you feel better about it.

If it sounds like a joke review, it's not. My whole family likes going to this location specifically for the one employee who always treats folks like gold. I hope McDonald's sees this review and gives this guy some kind of perk or reward, not many folks give service this good.

Super nice staff & friendly to kids. Manager saw I had my 3YO with me and immediately handed over a balloon to her without even asking. Asked for larger cup for my Kids meal to water down juice they did so and added ice for me totally understanding. We sat down and while I was arranging high chair, they delivered our meal to table. Talk about customer service!!! Better than some sit down restaurants I’ve been to lol ????????????????
