My experience at this store was actually great. I am still waiting for my order, but upon arriving to the store I was acknowledged, welcomed, and helped immediately. My review is based on my store experience, will update more with shipping experience. Judy is who helped us and she took the time to find out our needs, show us all their options, and give us space to explore. She was friendly, and knows how to do a sale properly. Not pushy for a sale and gave us ample room to look around on our own, but yet still attentive. We left the store to continue shopping at other stores because we wanted to see all possible selections, and ending up coming back. Upon return, she took even more time to patiently go through all the sleep protector options. She even double checked a promotion they had and called me back to let me know I was entitled to another item; totally not necessary, she could have let me left none the wiser, but she called me to let me know.
