Walk-In Clinic at Walmart Mississauga by Jack Nathan Health

My husband and I went to this clinic. My husband got a big hernia and the clinic connected him with a surgeon within a few days. We are happy with their efficiency. The surgeon scheduled him to have a surgery after one month. He has completely recovered after a few months. I also went to this clinic for my skin problem and gum infection. The doctors gave me a couple of cream options for my skin problem and they are very friendly and open to listening. We are happy with the services provided by this clinic.

Hit and Miss. Depends who you get. I have dealt with some great young doctors at times. But the wait can be lengthy. Not sure whats going on with their hours. But on two occassions they have been closed despite the fact their hours posted said they should have been open. Call ahead so you dont waste your time.

I have noticed the ladies at the front desk need help. They are always swamped it seems during a busy day. It seems like they need 2 secretaries. They have one lady at the front desk doing all the work most of the time and it seems to be a conflict of business. I say that based on the bad reviews I read. The lady I dealt with today was so busy, she wasn't able to send a fax for me without delaying her waiting customers. I've been here many times, all for legitimate health/injury purposes. The experiences have been extremely hit and miss. I've had a doctor that acted like a severe infection I had was painless and came across as lazy but still gave me good care. Most of the doctors here have given me good diagnosis. At a Wally world walk in clinic I expect the wait times. So no comment on wait time. The good diagnosis I've received here and good doctors I've dealt with get a five star. A few little things I mentioned bumped it back to 4 though. Honestly not the worst place to go. Like I said I've gone here many times and will go again.
