Domino's Pizza

We had an amazing experience at this Domino's location. The employees were extremely kind and waited patiently while we decided our order. The food was awesome and fresh. I highly recommend coming here and can't wait until our next visit.

Absolutely loved it! The food was great and the customer service and overall ambiance is also very pleasant thanks to the great staff. Would definitely go here again.

Recently ordered a two XL pizzas from here and surprisingly they were delivered to me very fast and the food was very fresh. The customer service is some of the best I’ve received from the person taking my order on the phone, to the delivery who was very courteous and respectful. 10/10 would recommend, this Domino’s is my favourite now, I recommend everyone trying it out.

I'm sad to say this but this pizza service sucked!!!! My order number is 97 and i ordered a medium pan pizza with extra cheese and sauce with pepperoni. I also got a bread sticks to go along with my order. I like the tracker because I can see when things are moving along in the process. Everything is normal but when they check it. They checked my order the first time, then a second time 10 minutes later. Then the pizza was sitting for more then 30 minutes! Talk about grease city (Delivery happened 3 mins after timer picture was taken, let that sink in). The worst part is the pizza was even hot! I actually had to microwave my whole entire meal. The bread sticks weren't even attempted compared to the other times and I didn't even get a dipping sauce with my order. The delivery though was the fastest I have ever seen it. It took like 10 minutes when its a 15-20 minute drive from location to my location. I had order just as late and never any issues. Overall, as a loyal customer that has been ordering delivery for a long time and I wont be ordering Domino's anymore.

Update: The next day customer service got in contact with and the store manager Sam were I was able to explain the situation. Everything ended in a peaceful conclusion and on good terms. I wanna say thank you to Sam and HQ for excellent customer service. I will be coming back for future service.
