Eric was fast, precise, and cared a lot about the results even calling me back once or twice with further thoughts on how he could do it better. The price was also excellent. From the initial consultation, through to the installation, I have been impressed with the level of communication, the attention to detail and the seamlessness of the process. I highly recommend using Downtown Flooring and wouldn't think twice about working with them again in the future.

This is an amazing outfit- very professional, efficient and committed. The whole team is friendly and highly experienced. However, their Manager, Eric, is a super guy with outstanding managerial abilities. He conducted both the jobs with precision and completed them on time. The quality of work was first class. Furthermore, he is not a fussy guy and showed a lot of flexibility to keep me happy.
The one thing that stood out and impressed me the most is that everyone showed up on time. Greg for carpeting measurement, Karesz for hardwood measurement and the workers who were assigned to the job. This is a unique feature. In my book, anyone who shows up on time is bound to be a professional and a good worker. That is why the two jobs they did for me were conducted like clockwork.
The company prices are competitive and they have huge variety of products to suit all types of customer. The entire team assisted and guided me and are ready to give their opinion based on their vast experience in the filed. I went to Downtown Flooring the second time and I was not disappointment. I would be referring them to all my friends and family members.
