I have been attending this dental office for years now. Even though I have moved out of the area I still make a point of staying with this practice as they are kind, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. This is a family run business and it exceeds the levels of customer service satisfaction in my opinion. I enjoy the greeting I get upon entry and the conversations with the dentist are genuine and honest. Dr. Bassily is gentle, open, and fluid in his communication with you all throughout the time he's cleaning. I enjoy the friendliness of the staff, as they ensure my child is taken care of and communicated to while I'm having work done. They are a business that cares, they are compassionate and they are fully there to make your overall experience pleasurable.
