I have given a 3 star only because the work that was done in my kitchen was actually pretty good. The downside of this was that the owner had suggested more changes to my kitchen that I didn't plan on and he suggested for me to change my sink to an undermount instead. He sent a picture of what I would receive which I had agreed on. My fault on assuming that they would take care of everything including the installation of the sink and plumbing because how would I know how to do that? After I realized that plumbing would need to be done I called the owner and got yelled at BUT he told me he would send a plumber the next day. Needless to say I msged him the next day asking about the plumber and there wasn't a response and no plumber showed up.
