Joe has been our electrician for 20+ years in Milton, ON. He has upgraded our house many times during this period (new kitchen wiring and LED lights, installed LED lights and rewired the upstairs bathroom, converted the house from aluminum to copper, etc.). His work is excellent, and I would recommend him to anyone, from small jobs to major jobs. The next project is to replace the fuse box panel in the Spring of 2018.
