Shout-out to Sergei, who took great care of me in my hunt for a new winter coat. He presented all options, made suggestions, and ensured I was completely happy with my choice. I had to have the sleeves shortened a little, and as I’m in town in business, he offered to drop the coat off for me at my airport-area hotel once it was completed, just to save me time.
