(December 27, 2018, 10:42 pm)It was Christmas eve and we got a flat tire. We noticed that there was a screw in the rubber. This was going to ruin our Christmas eve plans. So we called Mercedes hoping they would be open and not busy. Not only were they open but they took us in right away! Vince was amazing! He made everything better and went the distance to get us on our way for our Christmas plans! Truly a classy and professional place and staff!! Thanks Vince!!
