Sam repaired a drywall hole for us and did an outstanding job at both the work and his flexibility for scheduling. He brought all his own materials (we just bought the paint match) and he even left us a brush when he left so we could finish painting the repair on our own time. His rate was well below anyone else who quoted us for the job and the work did not suffer as a result. It was top notch and Sam was the perfect fit for what we were looking for. Really nice guy. Highly recommend.
